My name is Heidi Schneider and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I recently graduated from massage school in Lincoln, NE. I spent four years trying to find the right career path for me and went through many programs and colleges before I pursued my real dream of becoming a massage therapist. From the time that I was young, I knew that I wanted to help people.

I am anxious and excited to start my new career path! I have training in a wide variety of massage and spa modalities. In school I received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Chair massage, Aromatherapy, Exfoliation Treatments, Body Wraps, Neuromuscular and Myofascial Release Therapy, and Shiatsu/Thai techniques. I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. The fact that I can always be learning more is what I find exciting about my career.

My goal is to educate the public about massage and its benefits. I believe that massage should be integrated more into the health care field and can be an alternative to medications and invasive, expensive medical procedures. I want to constantly be learning more about massage so that I can better serve my clients. I want people to realize that their own bodies have the capability of healing itself.

I am very passionate about the healing power of massage.
